Sylwia Kosewska specializes in creation and improvement of products, including those based on natural and recycled nonwovens and actively developing the detergent and aerosol category. For over eight years, she has been managing projects related to biodegradable nonwovens at Jeronimo Martins in Poland, gaining valuable experience in quality and product innovation. Sylwia has a Degree in Master of Science in Engineering. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
Holds Ph.D in a multidisciplinary field chemistry-applied physics from
the Hebrew university and MS.c degree in materials and surface chemistry from the Weizmann
institute of science. She has more than 18 years of experience in R&D in the industry. For the last 8
years as the Corporate RID (Research, Innovation & Development) leader of Albaad.
o Ana is a research consultant in Euromonitor's Düsseldorf office, focusing on client insights in Euromonitor’s fashion and lifestyle industries. With over fifteen years of experience in consumer products and services marketing in European and Asian countries and an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management, Ana relocated from Asia to join Euromonitor's Düsseldorf office in 2022 to provide actionable insights to businesses on how to address consumer trends and needs in the DACH region.
David James has been a leader in the nonwoven materials industry for over 30 years .His longstanding industry experience and deep-rooted dedication to helping organisations excel through sustainable business practices has positioned him as a trusted partner in the nonwovens landscape. David has collaborated with external agencies and trade associations for advocacy and promoting industry standards and best practice. David has chaired the EDANA (European disposables and nonwovens association) Wet wipes working group during 2020-2022. He is a member of the steering committee of The Nonwovens Network UK and currently sits on an ISO technical committee working group ISOTC224 WG10 “on Flushable products”.
David has successfully developed products that are fabricated with sustainable alternatives to traditional nonwoven and packaging materials as used in the wet wipes industry.
Sam Nebel is the Co-Founder and King of All Wipes of goodwipes, a bold and eco-conscious hygiene company revolutionizing the way people wipe their butts. With a mission to break taboos and elevate the toilet paper aisle, Goodwipes offers flushable wipes that empower people to feel fresh, clean, and GOOD.
Prior to launching the company, he was a franchisee at Complete Nutrition, the fastest-growing wellness retail chain in the U.S. at the time. He also co-founded Party Degree, a collegiate nightlife agency that brought marquee EDM and hip-hop talent to campuses across the Southeast.
A graduate of Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Sam has scaled goodwipes from a grassroots idea into a nationally distributed brand, now on shelves in Target, Walmart, Kroger, and many more! He is also an active industry advocate, serving on the board of the Responsible Flushing Alliance, where he champions sustainability and product standards for flushable wipes.
Sam is an award-winning ceramist, occasional trail runner, and spearfisherman. He’s also a proud FUNCLE to his nephew Noah, an enthusiastic home cook, and a lifelong learner who brings energy and curiosity to everything he does.
Graduated in Pharmacy and for over twenty years I’ve been working at Opac as Head of Research and Development in the wet wipes sector. Opac is a company specialized in the production of all types of wet wipes: from cosmetic wipes to household cleaning products and biocides. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to follow the evolution of the industry, contributing to the development of innovative and increasingly solutions.
