Marine Regagnon is the Head of Business Development for TerraCycle Europe, a global leader in the collection and repurposing of otherwise hard to recycle post-consumer and post-industrial waste.
As Head of Business Development for Europe, Marine heads up the business development efforts and supports TerraCycle’s clients across TerraCycle’s 12 European markets (UK, Republic of Ireland (ROI), France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and Denmark) to enable them to set up and launch innovative recycling solutions. This process involves manufacturers, retailers, governments and consumers, to create circular solutions for a wide variety of materials such as food packaging, laboratory waste, coffee capsules, PPE waste and even beach plastics that otherwise have no other path to be recycled.
Passionate about the circular economy and its challenges, Marine joined TerraCycle in 2020. Prior to joining TerraCycle, Marine began her career in financial consulting and then in investment banking in London, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Dr. Ross Ward is responsible for the commercial development of the business. He oversees marketing, sales, product development and customer service activities. As a result, he has a unique insight into the nonwoven industry. With over 10 years at NIRI, Ross has significantly contributed to the growth of the company. He’s been part of a variety of consultancy roles, including business development, operations and technical management.
Ross obtained a MSc and an EPSRC iCASE funded PhD from the University of Leeds. He also holds a BSc(Hons) in Sports Technology from Loughborough University. His PhD was on developing novel materials for military CBRNe protective clothing, funded by the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL). While completing his full time PhD, Ross also worked. He served as a freelance R&D consultant for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) and the Greater Manchester Fire Rescue Service (GMFRS). Ross also project managed a series of cutting-edge medical innovation projects for NIRI.
Dr. Haynes currently serves as the Technical Director for Global Nonwoven at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He has held a variety of positions during his 30-year career including R&D, management, and operations. His specialty is in Front End Innovation with a focus on fiber forming technologies (Spunbond and Meltblown). He has 44 US patents and 20 trade secrets at Kimberly-Clark. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is the recipient of the Society of Women Engineers Rodney D. Chipp award and also the INDA Lifetime Technical Achievement Award.

Joined a family company in 2015, tripled its turnover and turned into European leader in an area of natural, plastic free, hygienic products. Master in Finance, ESCP Europe (Paris, London). Actively engaged in supporting social initiatives and cultural projects.
Geoffrey Gendebien holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Liege, Belgium and a Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, Ontario
He has over 20 years’ experience in operations, sales and strategic marketing in the Composites, Polymers and, Packaging industries. He has worked and lived in Europe and North America and, has held global responsibilities.
Over the last 5 years, he has been managing product lines and Market Segments in Composites and Flexible Packaging. He is currently managing the Home and Personal Care Market for Amcor in EMEA. He is driving innovation projects and aligning internal resources to deliver appealing value propositions and, successful innovative solutions to his markets.
